Combining commercial knowledge with data-driven insights from custom-built financial models, Bernard has achieved on-budget and on-time success on complex assignments involving multiple stakeholders.

Other high value, high risk assignments have included leading the financial assessments of a ground-breaking business case to pioneer the establishment of a National Proton Beam Therapy Centre in Australia; and managing the procurement of a flagship health public-private partnership, The Royal Women’s Hospital Redevelopment Project.
