Meet the team
Katherine is a Procurement professional with more than 15 years of experience in the FMCG/F&B industry supporting Supply Chain, the Aviation industry combining cross-functional competencies in projects, functional and operational roles in both direct/indirect categories, supplier management and new product development.
Her last role in the FMCG/F&B industry was to drive Global Procurement Digital transformation, to deliver standardised business processes through ERP integrated with SAP-SRM (Ariba catalogue and contract management) and other Procurement tools (Buying Portal and Spend Analysis) to support Source to Pay processes in APAC regions. She was also involved in delivering training for both Procurement and non-Procurement users during the implementation. Prior to this, she managed spends across raw materials, capex projects, MRO, new product development supporting Supply Chain and Marketing categories working with different internal and external stakeholders.
Katherine’s early career life was in the Aviation industry where she supported raw materials (casting) buying/planning and developed a local casting supplier who was also being recognised at a global scale. In addition, she was also part of the project team implementing SAP, MM module towards standardised process.
Her key achievements include: Successfully led the Procurement Transformation across 3 APAC regions with increased coverage of spends with Purchase Order and contract with critical and preferred suppliers; Collaborated with Logistics to localize 3rd party repacking process enhanced with automatic Purchase Order creation and Goods Receipt for increased efficiency; Reduced supplier base for Marketing POSM from 10 to 2 among the brand channels.
Katherine has worked in Procurement in all of her career life. Her aspiration is to help others to drive positive change with best Procurement practices through training and consultancy.
Katherine graduated with 2nd Upper Class Honors in Bachelor of Science in Business Management and completed SGUS Program with SIM in Advanced Manufacturing in 2021.
