Meet the team

Kristin is an experienced local government specialist, having spent the last 14 years working with Ipswich City Council. In her most recent role as Senior Business Analyst/Project Coordinator she was responsible for delivering ICT Projects and supporting the implementation of new software and technology across the organisation.

Kristin’s most recent projects included; The coordination and support of ICT design and fit out for Ipswich Libraries (CBD and Children’s) and 1 Nicholas Street Ipswich (Council’s new Admin Building), As Constructed As Designed (ADAC) Framework and Validation tools for the transmission of Infrastructure Asset Data between developers and council, Skype for Business to replace the telecommunications platform and HR/Payroll replacement with SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll implementation.

Her experience in a local government has provided a great appreciation and value of well-established procurement practices and Category Management. Kristin is currently working in partnership with Local Buy and Vendor Panel to deliver the Nex Gen ecosystem to the 77 Queensland Councils. Her role is responsible for providing support to the ArcBlue implementation team, the councils and the partners.

Kristin holds a Diploma in Project Management, and is a qualified PRINCE2 project practitioner. She loves to plan and organise, she draws on her experience and friendly nature to build relationships.
