With prior experience in local government with Northern Beaches Council, Robert joins ArcBlue with a broad range of Procurement and Contract Management governance and guidance. He is responsible for implementation of operating activities and technology setup to the organisation.

Robert’s role entails working in partnership with Local Buy to deliver the Portal Hub & Analytics to the 77 Queensland Councils. Further to implementation, Robert is responsible for account management of councils for ongoing works, continued support point of contact for any Council queries.  Additionally providing support to the configuration of Portt Program to an array of organisation in the Government, Mining and more.

In his Procurement career, he’s been a part of the Development of a Procurement Matrix including a wholistic guide/templates with 36 outcomes. Implemented Contract Management Framework and Software to 200+ Contract Officers & Managers across an array of departments but is also motivated in his career by creating positive awareness to better practice of procurement through technology application.

Robert attains a Certificate IV Procurement & Local Government, a Certificate III Business Studies and is also currently completing CIPS L4 Diploma.
