Dippinder has a diverse experience in database administration, research, teaching and analytics. She has worked primarily in the technology and education domain as an individual contributor and team player. She specialises in optimising performance, data sanity and maintaining the integrity of the data.

At ArcBlue, she is part of the Analytics team. Her role encompasses administrating ArcBlue’s database environment and making the database highly available. She provides crucial support in the delivery of the ArcBlue analytics products and services. 

She holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi and is a Certified Microsoft Professional.
