Frank is a Senior Consultant at ArcBlue and works across a number of projects supporting the South Australian team as well as supporting broader ArcBlue and Bain client delivery.

He works as a consultant, analyst, and program manager in areas including (but not limited to) procurement transformation, complex evaluation, probity, contract management, warehouse/inventory and ESG/Carbon Reporting/Modern Slavery for clients in the State Government, Local Government, Government Owned Corporation/Utility, University, Energy and Manfacturing sectors. He also works alongside ArcBlue’s Bain & Company colleagues in Private Equity procurement projects.

Frank’s proven project management skills ensure that strong client relationships are forged and project delivery is achieved within timeframes and to specification. His strong quantitative and technology background means Frank is able to work with clients to interpret data into insights. He is passionate about the power of procurement to influence social causes.

Frank has a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Marketing from Flinders University in Adelaide.
