Before joining ArcBlue, Katherine worked as a Consultant at the Melbourne office of ArcBlue’s parent company, Bain & Company, where she led procurement strategy projects and large-scale cost-reduction programs. She played a key role in procurement strategy development, cost optimisation, and supplier management.

Prior to Bain, she also held senior consulting roles in strategy and digital transformation, focusing on organisational change and business development. Recognised for her leadership and commercial acumen, she has worked across a range of industries, including consumer goods, finance, and technology.
