Aaron has over 20 years of procurement experience across public and private sectors, covering the mining, petroleum refining, healthcare and public utility industries. He has influenced spend across a range of categories: infrastructure construction ($450m), hydrocarbons ($1bn), marine vessels ($750m), MRO ($500m), utilities ($50m), services ($100m) and food ($10m).

Aaron is a high-end hands-on procurement practitioner. His skillset covers the end-to-end transaction process, from business case development and early market engagement to bid evaluation and commercial negotiations.

At ArcBlue, Aaron’s focus is infrastructure procurement; he enjoys working on large, complex projects. In recent roles, Aaron was responsible for managing a $1bn Healthcare infrastructure pipeline and developing a collaborative shared-risk contracting arrangement for a $450m public utility infrastructure expansion program.

Aaron holds a Master of Business Law degree, Bachelor of Business degree (Transport & Logistics Management) and a Master of Fine Arts degree (Creative Writing).
