Ivy is a seasoned procurement and supply chain professional with hands-on experience in both strategic and operational procurement. She has worked with multi-cultural teams in Hong Kong, Singapore and other Asia Pacific countries. Her previous employers, including MNC such as Kalzip, IBM and Alfasi, have provided Ivy a good exposure in managing stakeholders at multi-levels of the business, as well as in an international business environment.

In addition to her procurement and supply chain knowledge, Ivy has also hands-on experience in ERP and e-Procurement systems implementation where she acted as one of the key members of the project teams. Specifically, Ivy has in-depth knowledge in Navision ERP system and in a wide range of applications including procurement, inventory management and payment.

Ivy has excellent knowledge in due diligence and compliance requirements in relation to procurement and supply chain functions in a large business context. Specifically, she received compliance training from Tata Steel while she worked in Kalzip, which included not only process compliance but also risk management and anti-corruption subjects. She was the Commercial Support Manager (North Asia) in Kalzip in which her duties also included looking after both commercial and operational compliance and ISO certification.

She has strong communication skills and solid problem-solving ability. She is a self-starter and adaptive person, a good team player and is able to work in a complex, multi-cultural work environment. Her track record in procurement, supply chain as well as compliance have enabled her to bring valuable insights into the companies for delivering solid outcomes and returns.

Ivy acquired her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from RMIT University in Australia in 2006, Diploma in Logistics Management from the HKUST (The HK University of Science and Technology) in 2003, and Diploma in Business Management from Lingnan University in 2001.
