Kate has had a diverse career path in education, business development and startup land which has led her to her passion for Strategic Workforce Planning. Working predominately in the private sector, she has grown her skillset through working collaboratively with Finance, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Diversity & Inclusion professionals. Kate is passionate about ensuring all the dots are connected and aligned for the best outcome for our people, our business, and our clients.

Working closely with the Director of Operations as ArcBlue’s Strategic Workforce Planner, Kate delivers strategic workforce planning through creative resourcing methods with a combination of traditional and alternate delivery methods. With a keen focus on commercially supporting the business, she manages the complex resource management staffing, workload balance, assists in career development and ensures ArcBlue constantly lives its company values.

Kate is a member of the Workforce Planning Institute which supports organisations and individuals through enhancing workforce planning capability and driving standards globally.
