Flavia is an ambitious, dedicated, and hands-on accounting professional who is passionate about accounting and financial support. Flavia’s accounting profession started with the purchase of a family franchise business. Her vision was developed as a result of the tenacity that was required in the midst of the challenges, commitment and hard work that starting your own business presents.

Flavia has had a broad range of experience working across organisations such as Gastroenterological Society of Australia, Becton Fund Management, Hoskins Real Estate, Victoria Electricity and Max Walker Company, just to name a few. Throughout her career, Flavia has demonstrated the ability to listen, think strategically and holistically, offer advice, and assist with implementation of best practices in the financial areas of a business.

Making a difference is important to Flavia, as is considering the impact of change with all stakeholders. In each case where she has played an integral role in change, such as streamlining processes and improving operational procedures and systems, has been a success for her personally as a valued member of the organisations’ teams.

Flavia holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Major in Accounting with Catholic University of Australia; Graduate Certificate of Public Accounting with University of New England; BAS Agent with the Tax Practitioner Board and a MIPA AFA with the Institute of Public Accountants.
