Meet the team

Elisabeth is a senior executive with a breadth of experience in financial management and governance; strategy and policy development, reform and implementation. Her experience spans both the public sector and multi-national private sector organisations.

As Director of Procurement Policy and Reform within the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance, Elisabeth provided strategic, tactical and operational decision making to deliver high priority financial management and procurement outcomes for approximately 300 government entities.

Elisabeth is passionate about the opportunity to deliver greater value to our communities through procurement. She is a recognised leader in the sustainable procurement space and led the development of Victoria’s Social Procurement Framework from policy inception to implementation. This policy has been recognised as a world leading whole-of-government procurement framework, and Elisabeth was invited to represent Victoria at the 2019, 2020 and 2021 Social Enterprise World Forum to present on the policy’s design and outcomes.

Elisabeth’s significant experience within the public sector means she has a deep understanding of business case development (both operating and infrastructure), government funding decisions and operational delivery challenges. She is adept at managing complex stakeholder relationships and working collaboratively to deliver outcomes.

Elisabeth is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and her direct employment and client experience includes accountancy and consultancy practice, multi-national private sector organisations, small-to-medium enterprises, and government entities, including the Sydney 2000 Olympics and Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games.
