Chris is an experienced business leader with more over 15 years of practical industry experience in procurement, supply chain management, strategy and finance across the Aerospace, Marine and Energy sectors.

These experiences have been gained whilst spending much of his career living and working in Asia Pacific, including long-term assignments based in Vietnam, Japan and Singapore.

His category experience spans across the full value chain of direct procurement for industrial products, including raw materials, castings & forgings, machining & fabrications, and full assemblies.

Chris enjoys developing strategies to address key challenges within Procurement. Some examples of projects that Chris has delivered include: Reshaped global supply chains through the development and execution of strategic sourcing strategies in Asia Pacific and other emerging markets (Morocco, Turkey, etc) to deliver significant cost savings and supply chain consolidation; Developing and implementing a group-wide Sustainability strategy for the Procurement function; Establishing and implementing a Supplier Engagement framework to enhance collaboration and address strategic challenges with key suppliers; Driving operational improvements through the management of key partners and suppliers in Japan and Taiwan.

Chris has an academic background in Business and Finance, having qualified as a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and holding a First-Class degree in Business Studies.
