Felicia is a management consultant with 5+ years of experience in driving strategy and transformation projects for multi-national corporations in retail and technology, media and telecom sector across APAC to help them optimize their end-to-end supply chain and drive significant cost savings through establishing best in class procurement practices.

She has led multiple procurement transformation projects for leading sourcing offices in Hong Kong. One of those projects is the target operating model design and implementation for a regional procurement department handling a $320 million sourcing volume which involved market benchmark and diagnostic study of the current operating model and the re-design and global roll-out of the organisation structure, process, IT system and KPI management system.

As sustainability is becoming a key challenge for many Asian sourcing offices shipping goods into US and European market, Felicia also has extensive experience in helping brands to be in line with recent regulations such as LkSG (German Supply Chain Act), CSDDD, EUDR, etc. through conducting a readiness assessment to identify gaps in achieving compliance and setting up a sustainability risk management and due diligence system.

Throughout her management consulting career, Felicia has been working with stakeholders across different regions, functions and levels in the different businesses she has helped with, well-equipping her with a broad market perspective and ability to effectively communicate and align ideas. She has always been passionate in understanding her clients’ unique needs and tailoring effective solutions that couples market best-in-class practices with client-specific business nuances.

Felicia holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Hong Kong.
