From relationship important negotiations through to business acquisition and disposal, Ramon has an extensive background of conducting business in the Asia Pacific region. He has spent 32 years in the region where he has been exposed to different business cultures while working within both multinational and entrepreneurial corporate environments.
Ramon initially worked with a major financial services firm which was followed by periods in roles such as business development, strategic planning, “trouble-shooting” and Divisional CEO to a large multi-national in the consumer product trading sector in Hong Kong and China.
A lead consultant on negotiation projects, Ramon has been facilitating our programmes for senior and middle-management corporate client teams for over 16 years, and across many functional disciplines, specifically Sales and Marketing, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Procurement, HR, Quality, Design and Engineering, Risk management, IT, PR and Communications and Business development departments.
Ramon is experienced in relating procurement to the business environment in Hong Kong, China and across Asia Pacific. Ramon’s extensive experience means he is able to relate the experiences of delegates to the theory and explore ways in which this can be used to meet their business needs.
