Tiffany is an internationally experienced senior procurement professional and customer-focused business partner, spanning Europe, Asia & Pacific, with career-demonstrated capabilities in change management leadership role for realizing digital transformation, in facilitating cross-functional multi-disciplined teams for promoting best business practices, in driving high-impact commodities procurement centralization, and in creating end-to-end value for large complex “modularized case” projects across strategic procurement transformations.

Prior to joining ArcBlue, Tiffany had more than 18 years of down-to-earth industry experience in strategic procurement, operational purchasing, supply chain management, supply base blueprint, supplier capabilities development and sustainable supplier relationship built-up, while undertaking leadership roles as Director of Strategic Sourcing & New Global Platform Products Innovation Advanced Procurement, Head of Supply Excellence & Digital Transformation, Business Partner of Pillar New Mobility Product Line, Head of Supply Base Quality & Agility Reform, and as Member of North Asia Supply Council, in World 500 leading public-listed Mega High-technology MNCs; Which, she successfully achieved resilience and agility from a step-by-step case-by-case transformation journey, through re-designing systems and re-structuring procurement organizations, monitoring clear outsourcing strategy and external collaboration roadmap, overhauling out-of-dated practices and significant supply risks, improving spend visibilities and strategic suppliers contracting framework, negotiating hard to out-perform category strategy, setting up sourcing performance and stakeholder satisfaction handshake mechanism, and generating sustainable commercial outcomes.

Tiffany’s hands-on commodity management experience and thorough knowledge of full value chain highly customized materials have been tested and developed through establishing a healthier green supply base, executing strategies to win additional profits through TCO management, and coaching with robust capabilities to enable advanced cultural transformation inside procurement. Categories span across a broad array of spend categories of direct industry products, including GE Energy raw materials, ABB Smart Power Grid Automation machining & fabrications & casting & forgings & mouldings, Royal Philips Healthcare medical equipment ICT, Philips Lighting Smart City 4G/5G IoT Connectivity Interactive Solution hardware & software, SKF New Mobility in Automotive Aerospace Marine system full assemblies, Smart Home Robotics Artificial Intelligence high-end semiconductor chip innovations. While leading corporate-level indirect materials and services, she cracked operational challenges in MRO & CAPEX and enhanced suppliers’ engagement in FM & MICE through a long-term contracting framework.

Tiffany is CPSM, awarded as a Member of the Institute of Supply Management (I.S.M., USA), as well as being a registered Procurement and Supply Professional. She has a Master of Science degree in Electricity, Electronics, and Mechanical Engineering, and a degree in Finance MBA Leadership. She is proactive in the professional procurement community. She has been invited to present real cases and write articles to share solving practical supply problems at many high-technologies industry conferences forums and seminars.

Tiffany gained DFX Expert Certification after the completion of the Advanced Design for Excellence Corporate Practitioner Program within three years, Certified Should-Cost Modeling Master, Certified Lean Change Management Practitioner and holds a Green Belt in Six Sigma Continuous Improvement. She won the CEO Award as Top Leader in APAC Digital Transformation project & Change Management projects and won Customer-Selection Champion Award in global procurement cost prime reform & supply excellence resilience competitions. Now, Tiffany strives to achieve highly customized sustainable procurement competitiveness for clients, through tailor-made problem-solving methodologies and down-to-earth executions.
