To better understand the state of procurement in ANZ and identify areas for improvement, ArcBlue surveyed Chief Procurement Officers (CPOs) in the region. This research builds on our experience in helping organisations to measure and advance procurement maturity.
By benchmarking against best practice, we can derive valuable insights into areas that need improvement.
The survey features ArcBlue’s 9 Dimensions of Procurement Excellence, helping leaders assess their maturity and plot their roadmap to change. Participants’ scores placed them into categories — Emerging, Developing, Advanced, and Leading — representing their progress in each area.
In our CPO Insights ANZ 2024 Report we have reviewed the survey results across each of the nine Dimensions of Procurement Excellence, providing key insights and takeaways for CPOs on why maturity matters in each dimension and the risks associated with neglecting these critical areas.
