ArcBlue conducted an end-to-end procurement process over an intensive four-month period for a leading US manufacturer of kitchen and bathroom faucets. The client faced significant challenges due to increased US–China tariffs and rising shipping costs and needed a structured approach to control costs and mitigate supply chain vulnerabilities.
ArcBlue conducted a comprehensive Voice of the Supplier (VoS) programme to assess supplier perceptions and responses to a major procurement transformation.
We were engaged to undertake an end-to-end Hot Fire Training Structure procurement process for an organisation who is responsible for the provision of air traffic management, air navigation support and Aviation Rescue and Fire Fighting Services to the aviation industry.
