Jalica worked across a wide range of industries, primarily Banking (collections) and Technology. She worked as a bank collections subject matter expert and process trainer, and as a customer process design/change management POC with IBM/Concentrix. She then transitioned her career to IT with Accenture, handling operational excellence, process improvement, project governance, and client relationship management. Her other skills include project management, data presentation, metrics and status reporting, and the basics of graphic design.

Jalica’s current role with ArcBlue is regional marketing lead for Asia, but she works closely with the AU team as part of corporate services, supporting ArcBlue’s overall marketing strategy.
