Nelly is a graduate of the University of Western Australia and brings over 10 years’ recruitment experience in Singapore.

She started her career with a Singapore-based recruitment group, followed by 5.5 years at a multinational recruitment firm where her passion for connecting people with meaningful career opportunities continued to grow. Her experience lies in hiring a variety of professionals in procurement, technology, and corporate support functions, partnering both homegrown businesses and global companies across the region.

She joined ArcBlue in late 2023, initially joining the headhunting business unit before transitioning to an internal Talent Acquisition role in 2025.

She helps shape ArcBlue’s regional hiring strategy, with a mission to grow the team across Southeast Asia. Whether she’s matching talent to opportunity or mapping out expansion plans, Nelly brings energy, insight, and a people-first mindset to everything she does.
