Adrian is a US-qualified attorney and procurement professional with a demonstrated history of transforming organisations and cultures across multiple geographies and industries.

Built upon experience with Microsoft and Cathay Pacific, he now delivers value generation programs across both procurement and supply chain with a focus on private equity operational due diligence and venture integration, as well as sustainable procurement expertise.

He ensures that value strategies are successfully realised through the execution of robust change management and capability programs which are designed to enable an organisation’s cultural transformation from operational execution to a best-in-class strategic partner.

Prior to joining ArcBlue, Adrian managed Cathay Pacific Airline’s $4B fuel business including all commercial and supply chain aspects (excluding hedging) across 140 ports globally. He also oversaw the airline’s sustainable procurement strategy and investments in new technologies such as Sustainable Aviation Fuel start-up – Fulcrum Technologies which converts municipal solid waste to drop-in aviation fuel and Amyris which uses advanced genetic technologies to convert sugars to biofuels and other products.

Before Cathay, Adrian ran various parts of Microsoft’s procurement function across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, where he drove partner value programs and the centralisation of the procurement function during a five-year stretch in Paris and globally whilst based in Redmond, USA.

Adrian started his career as an attorney in private practice supporting technology companies in matters of corporate finance and securities, new venture financing, intellectual property, commercial negotiations and mergers and acquisitions.

Adrian holds a Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance & International Business. He is a member of the Washington State Bar in good standing, the US Tax Court and the US District Court for the 9th Circuit.
