Experienced in project management and co-ordination across multiple stakeholders, Alison has worked with the Portt solution and has used a range of methodologies to implement procurement, finance and technical solutions in her career.​

She has a strong background in Government and stakeholder relationship management, coordinating key stakeholders, managing project deadlines, and working with clients on the communication requirements required for technology implementation.​

She’s also experienced in the management and coordination of staff, including staff appraisal, team building and conflict resolution.  A self-motivated professional with strong financial skills who expertly manages multiple deadlines tasks, across several capital/operating budgets.

As an ArcBlue Senior Consultant for Learning & Development, she conducts training, develops learning strategies and content, and supports program management for ArcBlue’s L&D Programs.
