Before moving to Melbourne, Xylene worked in Singapore at a global consulting and training company developing brand compliant design marketing, interface designs for IT companies such as Google, Samsung, HP and Vodafone. Later moved to IBM working with consultants and project leaders to bring value driven creative executions for business proposals in finance, aviation and telecommunication sectors.

Executing ideas and concepts to enhance self-paced learning through collaboration with subject matter experts and project leaders to capture eLearning content and develop effective user interfaces, interactions and learning assessments.
