Adam has strong procurement, contract management and stakeholder relationship skills that have been acquired across a 10 plus year career in procurement and supply chain management.

He has led a number of strategic high-spend procurements from the acquisition planning stage through to contract award, confidently leading multi-disciplinary evaluation teams to deliver quality commercial and operational outcomes. With proven experience managing complex contracts, Adam is able to monitor contract spend, undertake detailed contract analysis to identify opportunities for operational, financial and contractual improvements.

Having held numerous sourcing, contract management and advisory based roles, Adam has broad experience within the procurement and contract management lifecycle.

Adam attains a Diploma in Procurement and Supply from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) and a Diploma of Procurement and Contracting from TAFE SA.
