Meet the team

Alison is a creative outside-the-box thinker who approaches strategic development with an innovative vision, high ethical standards, unsurpassed work acumen and ability to communicate effectively across management levels and disciplines to build highly effective cross-functional teams. 

Experienced in project management and co-ordination across multiple stakeholders, Alison has worked with the Portt solution and has used a range of methodologies to implement procurement, finance and technical solutions in her career.

She has a strong background in Government and stakeholder relationship management, coordinating key stakeholders, managing project deadlines, and working with clients on the communication requirements required for technology implementation.

She’s also experienced in the management and coordination of staff, including staff appraisal, team building and conflict resolution.  A self-motivated professional with strong financial skills who expertly manages multiple deadlines tasks, across several capital/operating budgets.

As an ArcBlue Senior Consultant for Learning & Development, she conducts training, develops learning strategies and content, and supports program management for ArcBlue’s L&D Programs.
