Meet the team

Cindy has Procurement, Contracts, Stores and Finance experience spanning over 27 years in Local Government. Cindy is experienced in Corporate Governance and has delivered internal procurement training during her many roles within Local Government in NSW and QLD, along with experience in State Government agencies.

Cindy’s passion for Procurement led her to being presented with a Certificate for achievements in the LEAP Program by ArcBlue for the development of procurement processes for council, along with winning a Highly Commended “2018 Outstanding Procurement Professional” Award at the Local Government Procurement (LGP) conference.

Cindy has great knowledge of Local Government Legislation, therefore was invited to participate in legislation re-writes with a team of Procurement professionals coordinated by LGP and has presented at several local government forums.

Cindy has recently led Strategic Procurement with her team to achieve many milestones in Procurement, moving the Council from a basic to a more advanced state. Cindy spent 9 years in Procurement at Armidale Regional Council, where she was responsible for all Procurement policies, procedures, training, purchasing, tendering, contracts, inventory & probity while in her leadership role.
