Edwin brings around 8 years consultancy experience in Australia and ASEAN region, building on over 15 years’ experience across multiple industry sectors. He has extensive experience in planning, leading and the provision of ICT Procurement Advisory services to various clients at local and state level for the Queensland Government. Edwin’s responsibilities encompass the facilitating, management, and delivery of strategic, high value, high risk ICT Procurement projects and Queensland Information Technology Contracting (QITC) framework contracts.

Edwin brings 5 years’ commercial experience from a multinational top tier advisory firm, he has helped clients develop strategies that ensure Procurement functions deliver measurable, sustainable benefits, and generate value for money outcomes. Experience in planning and leading Procurement opportunity identification solutions to drive Procurement projects which are data driven by applying analytical value creation principals based on industries’ best practices, national/international benchmarking. He empowers clients with easy-to-understand visualisation of complex processes, analytics and Procurement specific dashboards which apply leading Procurement levers to improve spend visibility thus enabling timely data availability as well as management reports to aid strategic decision making.

Prior to his consultancy experience, Edwin held Category Manager roles within several key Queensland Government GOC’s and Agencies. During this work period he successfully delivered complex Procurement initiatives across such industries; Road, Rail, Energy (oil/gas), Asset Management, Water Supply and Utilities (asset management, capital infrastructure, minor works, and engineering services), Health (ICT), Government (local/state), FMCG Manufacturing, and Logistics.
