Jo is a contracts support and procurement professional with 3 years of experience in Victorian Local Government Sector, primarily in conducting end to end Sourcing/RFx events, including the development and release of new categories, contract management and maintaining the ISO 9001 accreditation in line with processes.

Prior to ArcBlue, Jo’s previous role as a Procurement Support Officer at Procurement Australia, she was operationally responsible for a range of procurement processes and projects on foot. This included assisting, supporting, and managing tenders ranging from Recruitment, Roads Signs, Defined Facilities Management, Information Technology and Multi-functional Devices, Library Collections, Hire of Equipment, Hardware, Commercial Furniture, Paint, Paint and Graffiti Removal Services, Energy, Printing Services and Personal Protective Equipment. Jo also supported the strategic sourcing team with the implementation of aggregated purchasing of service solutions.

Jo has attained a Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters in Global Media Communications from University of Melbourne and a Graduate Certificate in Arts.
