Trained in the Lumina Spark profiling tool, she supports her clients to understand the personality profile of their teams and how to develop skills in a customised manner.  

While working in a specialist procurement search and selection role, she worked with a diverse client portfolio to source professionals across financial services, government, FMCG, manufacturing, aviation, higher education, construction, utilities industries, to name a few.
