A specialist in procurement talent with over 10 years of experience, Jacqui Priestly utilises her expertise to identify and build talent and capability in procurement specialists. Her role at ArcBlue encompasses the management and development of the full ArcBlue capability suite of services including the pQ Procurement assessment suite, face to face training courses, the eLearning course selection and comprehensive tailored development programs including coaching and mentoring. Trained in the Lumina Spark profiling tool, she supports her clients to understand the personality profile of their teams and how to develop skills in a customised manner.  

While working in a specialist procurement search and selection role, she worked with a diverse client portfolio to source professionals across financial services, government, FMCG, manufacturing, aviation, higher education, construction, utilities industries, to name a few. Having sourced talent for roles ranging from category managers, procurement managers, senior procurement leadership, analysts, contract and supply managers, she has a deep and unique understanding of the market benchmark for capability at each role level and type within procurement as well as a macro view of procurement structures and methodologies.

This unique experience enables her to design tailored development programs to suit an organisations’ unique requirements to ensure they can achieve procurement excellence.
