Matt has over 10 years of procurement experience, working in aged care and all three tiers of government. Matt has previously been engaged in Victoria and NSW state government, spending time as a Senior Procurement Officer with Service Victoria and Transport for NSW. He has also worked extensively with the Bureau of Meteorology (Senior Procurement Officer) on the ROBUST program, providing effective and practical solutions to complex procurements within the Observations Network. Matt has extensive experience leading approaches to market for Construction and Civil Works, combined Design, Supply and Installation packages and supply of goods. He was formerly with Hobsons Bay City Council as a Strategic Procurement Specialist, managing procurement events in a construction environment.

Working with ArcBlue, Matt contributes extensive insights to Local and State Government procurement consultancy, delivery and implementation.
