Stephanie is a customer focused procurement professional with global experience in corporate and regulated environments including aviation, airports and engineering.

With broad procurement and supply chain lifecycle experience she has delivered strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management and category management across multiple categories. She has developed and delivered procurement strategy, governance frameworks and system implementations.

Stephanie commenced with Air New Zealand in 2006 as a corporate procurement specialist delivering strategic sourcing and contract negotiation across corporate, marketing, travel and property categories. Progressing to operational procurement she managed inflight, food and beverage and airline operation categories.

In her senior procurement roles at Air New Zealand she established the Procurement Policy and Standard Operating Procedures and managed the implementation of this framework across 11,000 global employees and a supply base of 5000+ suppliers and $1.3bn spend pa.

She led the design and delivery of a Supplier Relationship Management programme to support tiered approach to the 5000+ supplier base. A scalable model approach to accommodate strategic and transactional supply arrangements including establishment of supplier panels for relevant categories.

Stephanie established supplier master data governance frameworks to generate regular performance management, stakeholder insights and compliance reporting. Being passionate about providing sustainable procurement outcomes and building capability to deliver performance, she established the Air NZ Supplier Code of Conduct, Supplier Social Compliance Audit procedures and risk assessment.

She gained MCIPS following completion of a CIPS Advanced Practitioner Corporate Award Programme in 2017. Stephanie is a Certified Change Management Practitioner and holds a Green Belt in Six Sigma Continuous Improvement. She holds a Diploma in Hospitality Management from AUT.
