How did you end up here? What is your professional background?
I started my professional career in Accounting and then moved into Recruitment. I was approached by a Rec to Rec two years, and I took the new opportunity to join a remarkable organisation.
How do you spend most of your days?
My workdays are typically – meetings with clients and candidates, and managing the recruitment process.
What are you working on at the moment?
I am focusing on several search assignments for one of our anchor clients in the functions of procurement and project management.
What trends do you see in your work?
Due to Covid, there are a lot of discussions on wellbeing, flexible working and inclusion.
What do you love best about recruitment in the Technical space (Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, Regulatory Affairs & Engineering)?
Getting to meet and speak with passionate people across various disciplines and helping companies hire their A-Team.
What’s the one thing you wish everyone would understand about recruitment in the Technical space?
Watch out for this space! There are a lot of demands, especially in the manufacturing and Professional Services Sectors.
What are you currently trying to upskill in?
I am currently interested in topics related to “the importance of Digitalization for a business” and “market trends on Technology.”
What’s the reason you love to work at ArcBlue?
I love the people! They are genuine and friendly.
What’s something not many people know about you?
I have a pair of twins, girls aged 6. And I love Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu! I would train 2-3 times a week depending on my schedule.
What can we normally find you doing on the weekend?
Weekends are usually spent bringing my kids to enrichment classes and engaging in family activities e.g. swimming with my kids.
